David Morgan from Burford, England has the biggest collection traffic cones.
David, began collecting traffic cones in 1986. He now owns a traffic cone from more than two thirds of all the types of cone ever made. He set the Guinness World Record with 137 different traffic cones. Since then his collection amassed to more than 550 different cones.
